Fundraiser to Cover Shipment of Books to Ghana for Free SHS
JULY 28, 2021 (Wednesday)
Akufo Addo’s full speech at launch of Free SHS
In September 2017, President Akufo-Addo launched a program to provide Ghanaian youth free high school education upon graduation from junior high school.
This program has generated so much interest in education that over 400,000 youth were enrolled in high school in 2020.
The influx of students into high school has put a stretch on resources, especially for books and reference materials. FONAA Institute has teamed up with Books for Africa () to ship 20 containers of books and educational materials to Ghana.
Each container of books to Ghana is $25,000 plus the cost in distributing the books in Ghana.
Please donate to FONAA Institute to support education in Ghana.
FONAA is 501c3 tax exempt public charity.
